This is my layout for the SSD-Challenge No 25.

Journaling: This year I really tackle it and start with loosing weight. Every year I thought about trying it, but never really did it, because it's soo difficult and will be difficult. But this year I start it. I have made the first step today and have gone on the weighing machine and documented it and nun I want to do some gym and writing down what I eat. And if I have a bad day and eat to much sweet stuff, then I hope that this layout encourages me and I will be able to hang on with the help of god.

And yes, all this is allowed by the weight wathcher:
I did loose so far 8 kilos or about 15 pounds
(from that photo I made in september)

this is with a different background added and colored

Yesterday, I eat a salad of tomatoes with only salt added on them (I like it like that), a big potatoe coming out fresh from my micro onde, with salt, a small spoon of margarine and a little yoghurt added to it, and fillet of porc with champignons of paris and finished with slices of half of a huge apple

And yes, one may eat well and with pleasure and loose at the same time weight! And of course after this huge lunch I was not hungry all afternoon to the evening even. Although we are encouraged to eat at least three of four times seriously (just coulnting our "points)
